The course runs for 9 months with a session on the first Saturday of each month between 10.30am- 12.30pm. We meet in a private zoom room so you can join from the comfort of your own home
The exchange for the 9 sessions is £60 per month payable by monthly direct debit or 4 instalments of £135 if you would prefer
Month 1: Welcome
Getting to know each other and sharing expectations for the journey
Month 2: Owning your story
We all have a story. This session explores how we might own ours fully and what might stop us from doing this freely
Month 3: Acknowledging, choosing and accepting our feelings
Exploring the role of emotions and the choices we have along our journey
Month 4: Self-compassion and connection
Exploring the war with ourselves and the roles of guilt, forgiveness and trust
Month 5: Reconnecting with ourselves
A beautiful yoga nidra and guided meditation focused on acceptance of the physical self through all that has happened. Relearning to love and trust our bodies
Month 6: Exploring hurt and honour
Looking at the behaviours and words that cause us hurt. Exploring how empathy and forgiveness can help us navigate this. Understanding what it is that we need and how to get it
Month 7: Re-finding yourself after loss
Explore who we are now. Looking at what we have lost and what we have gained and who that makes us today
Month 8: Where now?
Gently setting a direction of travel for the future, a mini horizon to focus on. Exploring what we might need for this journey and what might get in the way of it
Month 9: A celebration of how far we've travelled together
Recognising the journey over the last 8 sessions and the positive change created
