Life after losing a baby can feel very lonely. Whether you decide to join us on the programme or to reach out to one of these wonderful organisations, there is always somewhere out there who will listen, understand and support. No one can do the one thing you really want which is to bring your baby back but you do not have to journey this path alone.
Sands offers support to all those affected by the loss of a much loved baby through telephone helplines, online groups, and monthly meetings. They also have a number of resource publications (some translated into other languages) available to download.
The Mariposa Trust provides services and support for people who have lost children at any stage of pregnancy, at birth, or in infancy. Particular support around fertility, adoption, during the next pregnancy, and for those given a life altering diagnosis for their child. They also organise baby memorial services at different venues throughout the country.
4Louis is a UK charity that works across the country to support anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and the death of a baby or child. They also work to improve the care bereaved families receive from health care and other professionals.
The Lullaby Trust raises awareness of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), provides expert advice on safer sleep for babies and offers emotional support for bereaved families

Bliss is a national charity providing support and information to parents of premature or sick babies, information and training for healthcare professionals, as well as research.
Strongmen is an organisation created by bereaved men to support others through telephone support, weekend retreats with physical activities and conversation, as well as talks.
